The faculty of the Department of Pedagogy and Educational Management named after Bohdan Stuparyk at the Faculty of Education of Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian (Carpathian) National University actively participates in a series of strategic planning sessions for the development of education in the Kolomyia City Territorial Community.

On June 10, 2025, PhD in Pedagogy, Associate Professor Inha Yehorova took part in a strategic session focused on the area of “Modern Extracurricular Education.” The initiative was organized by the Legal Development Network in partnership with the humanitarian organization “Man in Need,” with the support of the Czech Development Agency. The event brought together a wide range of educators, administrators, and experts united by a common goal—to develop a high-quality and innovative model of extracurricular education in the Kolomyia community.

During the session, participants conducted an in-depth analysis of the current state of extracurricular education in the Kolomyia City Territorial Community. They identified key challenges and resources, analyzed risks and system potential, carried out a comprehensive SWOT analysis of the internal and external environment, and outlined strategic directions for further development.

Inha Yehorova contributed to shaping the conceptual foundations for modernizing extracurricular education, emphasizing effective management, the implementation of innovative pedagogical practices, the development of educators’ leadership potential, and the creation of conditions for the self-realization of children and youth.

Special thanks are extended to the expert facilitator Ruslan Bakhtiyev for his high level of professionalism, skilled facilitation, and analytical support, which helped develop a clear vision for transforming extracurricular education in line with the current challenges and needs of the Kolomyia community.
