Research Interests:

Research focuses on the theoretical and methodological foundations of technical education in the context of the digital transformation of education, particularly the integration of modern digital technologies into the educational process. Special attention is given to the development and empirical validation of innovative teaching methods that foster the digital competence of future professionals, as well as to optimizing the use of electronic educational resources and platforms in teacher education.

The research also encompasses the theory and practice of designing and optimizing school textbooks, multimedia exercises, computer-based test generators, and didactic texts for monitoring and supporting individualized learning; the theory and practice of educational space architecture in educational institutions; didactic issues related to the functioning of virtual learning environments; and comparative studies of contemporary education systems in Poland, Europe, and worldwide.

Publications

 

Author of more than 200 scholarly and educational publications, including research papers, teaching and methodological materials, curricula, textbooks, workbooks, and instructional resources for learners and educators across all types of educational institutions, primarily in the fields of technical, computer, and vocational education.

Provides instruction in academic disciplines for students of the specialty A5 “Vocational Education (by Specializations)”, specialization A5.39 “Digital Technologies” at the first (Bachelor’s) level of higher education; A1 “Educational Sciences” at the second (Master’s) level of higher education; as well as for other university programs in accordance with the assigned teaching workload, including:

During the period of academic and pedagogical activity at the University of Rzeszów (Republic of Poland), at the faculties of Technical Education, Information Technology Education, and General, Preschool, and Early Childhood Education, the following theses were successfully defended under his academic supervision:

The journal is currently published under the title Journal of Education, Technology and Computer Science and is included in the list of journals indexed by the Polish Ministry of Education and Science.

Editor-in-Chief of the subject-specific and methodological journal Edukacja Ogólnotechniczna, addressed to teachers of technology and computer science, published from 1995 to 2004.

Author and co-author of curricula, textbooks, workbooks, and methodological materials for students and teachers of all types of schools—primarily in technical, computer, and vocational education—regularly published since 1989.
