Participation of scholars from the Bohdan Stuparyk Department of Pedagogy and Educational Management in a series of strategic sessions on the development of education in the Kolomyia community

From June 10 to 20, 2025, scholars from the Bohdan Stuparyk Department of Pedagogy and Educational Management of the Faculty of Education at Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian (Carpathian) National University — namely, Head of Department, Professor Liubov Prokopiv, Associate Professor Inha Yehorova, and Assistant Taras Paska — took part in a series of facilitated strategic sessions held as part of the development of the Education Development Strategy for the Kolomyia City Territorial Community.

“The strategic session on ‘Management Processes and Human Resource Policy’ was particularly interesting and important. During the session, participants had the opportunity to share experiences, formulate a strategic vision for the development of education and management, and analyze challenges and threats,” noted Liubov Prokopiv.

The initiative was implemented with facilitated support from experts of the Legal Development Network, the organization that initiated and coordinated the strategic platform. Partners of the event included the humanitarian organization “People in Need” and the Czech Development Agency, which provided institutional support for the project. The discussion sessions took place at the “Vidnova” initiative space — a hub for interaction among active citizens and specialists aimed at rebuilding Ukraine, particularly in the context of transforming local educational policy.

The team of the Bohdan Stuparyk Department of Pedagogy and Educational Management expresses gratitude to the organizers for the opportunity to participate in the initiative and contribute systematically to shaping a quality educational environment in partnership with local communities, authorities, and international organizations.
