On September 18, 2025, a meeting of the Council for Research Work of Students, Postgraduate Students, and Young Scientists in its reconstituted composition was held at Vasyl Stefanyk Carpathian National University, organized and chaired by Taras Paska, PhD, Assistant of the Bohdan Stuparyk Department of Pedagogy and Educational Management.
The meeting began with a welcoming address by Iryna Hryhoruk, Head of the University’s Research Department, who emphasized the importance of the Council as a key platform for developing the research potential of students, postgraduate students, and young scientists. She also wished the new members productive work, successful implementation of relevant initiatives, and active participation in the university’s scientific life.
During the meeting, under the coordination of Chair Taras Paska, the updated leadership of the Council was formed, including:

Special attention was given to approving the Council’s activity plan for the 2025–2026 academic year, which outlines a series of initiatives aimed at supporting students, postgraduate students, and young scientists, developing their research potential, and engaging them in research and project activities.
During the discussion, participants also highlighted opportunities for involvement in projects and activities of the Council of Young Scientists under the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, including the development of joint scientific initiatives, international cooperation, and the integration of young researchers into national and international programs.
The participants emphasized the need to strengthen internal communication within the Council and maintain active interaction with the university’s scientific youth, which will contribute to initiating new projects, enhancing interfaculty collaboration, and forming a cohesive scientific environment.
The meeting concluded with the outlining of key directions for the Council’s future work. The session served as an important starting point for the reconstituted Council and provided a strong impetus for the development of the youth scientific community at Vasyl Stefanyk Carpathian National University.
