On October 27, 2025, the faculty and staff of the Bohdan Stuparyk Department of Pedagogy and Educational Management of the Faculty of Pedagogy at Vasyl Stefanyk Carpathian National University, together with students of the A1 Educational Sciences and A5 Vocational Education programs, participated in the All-Ukrainian National Unity Radio Dictation, broadcast live on the Public Broadcasting Service.
This year, the event was held online, allowing participants from various regions of Ukraine and around the world to join. For the department’s faculty and students, it was an opportunity not only to test their literacy but also to feel connected with thousands of Ukrainians simultaneously writing the same text, demonstrating love for their native language and pride in their country.
Before the dictation began, Liubov Prokopiv, Head of the Department, Professor and Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, addressed colleagues and students with a welcoming speech. She emphasized that the Ukrainian language is the spiritual backbone of the nation, a symbol of its strength and resilience. Liubov Mykolaivna expressed gratitude to all participants for their sincere love for the language, active civic stance, and dedication to Ukrainian values.
During the online dictation, a sense of focus, inspiration, and shared uplift filled the virtual space. Students and lecturers listened attentively, experiencing firsthand how language unites generations, hearts, and professional communities.
The department’s faculty highlighted that participating in the All-Ukrainian Radio Dictation is not only a linguistic tradition but also an expression of civic consciousness, patriotism, and love for the native language.
We are proud to have joined this event alongside all of Ukraine, uniting hearts in a single rhythm of love for our country!
