On December 4, 2025, the Department of Pedagogy and Educational Management named after Bohdan Stuparyk of the Faculty of Pedagogy at Vasyl Stefanyk Carpathian National University organized the event “Innovations Methodology Workshop: New Directions in Vocational Education” within the framework of the Tutoring Academy.
The event was attended by representatives of the faculty administration and academic staff, including: Oksana Kondur, Dean of the Faculty of Pedagogy; Oksana Tsyuniak, Deputy Dean for Research; the teaching staff of the Department of Pedagogy and Educational Management named after Bohdan Stuparyk; as well as 27 leading methodologists from vocational and pre-tertiary professional education institutions of the Ivano-Frankivsk region.
The workshop was moderated by Professor Liubov Prokopiv, Head of the Department of Pedagogy and Educational Management named after Bohdan Stuparyk, who emphasized the importance of developing vocational education and changing approaches to its organization.
An important guest of the meeting was Oleh Stepanovych Yatsiuk, Director of the Ivano-Frankivsk Center for Vocational Education of the State Employment Service, who outlined practical aspects of modernizing vocational education and highlighted the significance of partnerships between educational institutions and the labor market.
Within this professional initiative, the teaching staff of the Department presented key focus topics:

Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor Viktoriia Stynska and third-level student Olesia Dzhoholyk revealed the potential of training technologies in vocational education;

Doctor of Philosophy Taras Paska analyzed the role of artificial intelligence in transforming vocational education and the changing functions of modern educators;

Doctor of Philosophy Mariana Dereniuk highlighted the issue of media literacy and critical evaluation of information flows.
Participants actively engaged in discussions, asked professional questions, and shared their own practices, demonstrating a high level of professional interest.
The workshop confirmed the readiness of the educational community to implement innovations and enhance the quality of the educational process.
