Young Researchers of the Department Participated in Training on International Project ActivitiesPhD holders, assistants of the Bohdan Stuparyk Department of Pedagogy and Educational Management — Nataliia Basarab, Mariana Dereniuk, and Taras Paska — actively participated in the training within the framework of the “Program for the Development of International Project Capacity”, which is being implemented at Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University during the Winter School “Internationalization of Higher Education.” As part of the program, the participants joined the workshop “Erasmus+: Opportunities for the University,” where they became acquainted with current opportunities for higher education institutions to participate in international grant programs, particularly within the Erasmus+ program. Special attention was given to the structure of preparing grant applications, formulating project results, using quantitative and qualitative performance indicators, and substantiating the impact and sustainability of project outcomes. The practical part of the training focused on project planning, including the formulation of tasks and expected results, as well as the use of modern project management tools, in particular the Gantt chart. Interactive formats, including the exercise “Game of Meanings,” encouraged active discussion of professional challenges, exchange of experience, and the search for new approaches to implementing international educational initiatives. Participation of the department’s young scholars in such training contributes to the development of their project competencies, strengthens their readiness to engage in international grant programs, and opens new opportunities for integrating the university into the global educational and research space.
